Her combined legal and operational background, set her apart as a senior consultant. She leverages 10 years’ experience as a lawyer and partner in a successful law firm, along with 20 years as a senior operational consultant, improving efficiencies, compliance and executing on strategic goals. Steve Turner is a highly experienced management consultant with a passion for aligning and developing people, roles, and processes to improve business outcomes. He draws on over 30 years management and consulting experience applying high level systems thinking, change facilitation, and negotiation and relationship building skills to his work. Steve specialises in organisational design, performance management, and performance governance processes. He has successfully undertaken major organisational reviews including the realignment of functions and capability in a range of large and small organisations across government, not-for-profit, and higher education sectors. He is a highly respected leadership coach.
Steve is Director of People and Performance Consulting and is the immediate past national president of the Institute of Management Consultants and a previous board director of the Australian Council of Professions.
