Steve Turner is a highly experienced management consultant with a passion for aligning and developing people, roles, and processes to improve business outcomes. He draws on over 30 years management and consulting experience applying high level systems thinking, change facilitation, and negotiation and relationship building skills to his work. Steve specialises in organisational design, performance management, and performance governance processes. He has successfully undertaken major organisational reviews including the realignment of functions and capability in a range of large and small organisations across government, not-for-profit, and higher education sectors. He is a highly respected leadership coach.

Nigel is a veteran that began his career as a Royal Navy Officer, specialising in intelligence and data analytics with the Polaris Performance Analysis Group, N3 Division and working closely with GCHQ and CTF345. Nigel's qualifications include a BSc (Hons), in Cybernetics and Instrument Physics with Mathematics, Dip FP in Financial Planning and Services, and FACID Dip, Governance.
