​Skills and Experience

​Anne-Maree helps organisations and all levels of government to implement the Heavy Vehicle National Law. This may be assessing the current state of CoR maturity or knowledge sharing about the best way to identify and treat CoR risk within Transport Activities. Often, a CoR implementation project needs to start with a greater executive awareness and buy-in. Anne-Maree has board experience herself and many years' experience addressing executives and leaders. 

In addition to her work through Modus Management, Anne-Maree is a Fleet Consultant with IPWEA FLEET (Institute of Public Works Engineering Australasia). This work consists primarily of CoR projects and workshops with executives, managers and operational staff across local government and utilities. She was instrumental in attaining IPWEA’s grant from the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR). This grant has resulted in Anne-Maree creating and delivering an extensive series of combined training / workshops in 4 states across Australia. They assist executives, leaders and managers to really understand what it takes to comply with their Executive Duty and implement a comprehensive plan to reduce CoR risk.

• Certified Management Consultant and Professional Member of the Institute of Management Consultants
• Agile Project Management Certification from APMG International
• PRINCE2 Certification from Axelos Global Best Practice
• Change Management Certification from APMG International
• ​Trained in the legal project management methodology of the Legal Project Management Institute in the United States.
• Fleet Consultant with the Institute of Public Works and Engineering Australasia (IPWEA).​​​

Anne-Maree conducts conference presentations on Heavy Vehicle National Law and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) compliance and implementation.
